Athletes and their parents met at the high school oval on Saturday morning for the last time this season. They celebrated a great season in which all athletes developed their skills and reached new personal bests. Three athletes will be competing at the State Championships next week.

The Annual Esler Family Shield Award was won by Under 10 athlete, Willem Duursma. Willem excelled in all areas of Little Aths, participating to his full potential at all times. Runner-up was Under 7 athlete, Owen Gornall. Owen was an eager participant who can’t be beaten when it comes to commitment to task in every event.

Corner Inlet Little Aths Club would like to thank all of the parent who helped our with events , scribing results and preparing fruit platters. We are a fantastic little club that performs well above expectation each season. Well done to all of our athletes and we look forward to seeing everybody back next season.
